Nutrition Coaching & Strength Training
with Rachel Beier
Hi, I'm Rachel!
I'm a Registered Nurse for 20+ years and a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I'm also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach though Precision Nutrition. My passion for helping women began by working in hospitals, doctor's offices, and teaching education classes in my community.
In 2019, I expanded my education to learn about health and wellness from a more holistic perspective. I also became a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist so I can create customized nutrition and exercise plans tailored specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause. I provide the knowledge, guidance, resources, support, and accountability you need to reach your health goals and achieve optimal wellness in midlife and beyond. Let's do this together!

Rachel is a constant support.
She hasn't made me feel bad or guilty about my decisions that have not been the best for me.
She always offers words of encouragement, has given me some great healthy recipes along with healthy alternatives for a better lifestyle.
If you are feeling stuck in how to start living a healthier life, Rachel is who you should call.

“Working with Rachel has been life changing! She has mastered both the art and science of coaching,
especially during the unchartered territory of perimenopause. Rachel encourages me to measure
progress beyond the scale.
After a few months of coaching, my labs were the best they have been in years! I haven’t felt deprived, and I’m learning to replace “all or nothing” thinking with “all or
something” thinking.”

"“Working with Rachel the past 9 months has been life changing, physically, mentally, and emotionally! I’ve realized that progress isn’t just about weight loss; it’s also about getting stronger both physically and mentally.
Emphasizing strength training has helped me see a difference in my body shape and I feel so much stronger. Reverse dieting has changed my attitude towards food and helped me use it as fuel vs emotional support, which is a sustainable approach for the long term."
