Hi, I'm Rachel!

I'm a Registered Nurse for 20+ years and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I'm also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach though Precision Nutrition. My passion for helping others began by working in hospitals, doctor's offices, and teaching education classes in my community.

In 2019, I expanded my education to learn about health and wellness from a more holistic perspective. I also became a Certified Personal Trainer so I can create personalized exercise plans to complement a client's healthy nutrition program. I provide the knowledge, guidance, resources, support, and accountability you need to reach your health goals and achieve optimal wellness. Let's do this together!
