Nutrition Coaching

My 1:1 nutrition coaching program is fully personalized and designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause who want to feel energized, strong, and in control of their bodies again. Together, we focus on hormone-supportive nutrition and building sustainable habits that fit your real life for the long-term. You’ll receive ongoing accountability, guidance, and support every step of the way, with a plan that evolves as you do—so you can reduce frustrating symptoms, improve body composition, build muscle, boost your metabolism, and truly thrive in this stage of life. Bi-weekly coaching sessions are held virtually. Nutrition coaching is billed monthly with a 3 month minimum commitment and includes unlimited messaging support.

​​Building muscle is vital for women over the age of 40. We don't want to be skinny; we want to be STRONG! Along with nutrition coaching, I will create a customized menopause-specific strength training plan in my app to help you build visible muscle, support daily activities as you age, and get strong! This service is billed monthly with a 3 month minimum commitment and includes unlimited messaging support. Nutrition + strength training is a powerhouse combination for reaching your health goals!

Wellness Consult

1 hour 1:1 virtual session

Ready to feel like yourself again? This service is designed to help you understand your body and the best next steps to feel more in control of your health. We will discuss your current health, habits, and lifestyle, hormonal symptoms like weight gain, fatigue, or cravings, nutrition patterns and activity level, sleep, stress, your goals, and what's been holding you back. Frequent reasons for a wellness consult include:

  • Your body has changed and what used to work no longer does

  • You are gaining weight around your midsection despite “doing all the right things”

  • You want to build muscle, boost metabolism, and feel strong using a proven exercise plan designed for your unique midlife body 

After our session together, you'll have clarity on why your body feels the way it does, a personalized roadmap with simple, realistic next steps, and confidence in what to focus on (no more guessing or overwhelm)

Pantry Upgrade

In home exploration of the items in your pantry

Personalized learning that happens right in your kitchen! During our 1 hour of time spent together, we'll discuss how to categorize foods, look through your pantry, fridge, and freezer, read food labels, & create a customized shopping list using the Food Additives to Avoid and Healthy Substitution lists. Also available virtually!

Grocery Shopping

Smart Shopping Trip

Personalized guidance while grocery shopping

Overwhelmed by all the choices of food brands? At the grocery store of your choice, we'll spend 1 hour walking through the aisles categorizing foods and reading food labels. You'll gain confidence in purchasing quality foods and choosing healthy food staples using the Dirty Dozen and Healthy Substitution lists.
